What is it with me and food, anyway? I just love drawing it. Whether for print or digital media, editorial illustration is about helping to convey a larger message in a way that resonates. I love the quick nature of these types of projects.

Flour+Water are an incredible hospitality group based in San Francisco. If you’re so unlucky as to be nowhere near San Francisco, they have started offering their outrageously tasty pasta in select supermarkets. Here’s an invite I made for an inspiring event that I loved attending.
StarChefs
StarChefs’ Rising Stars magazine is on a mission to celebrate, promote, and elevate the dining industry’s up-and-comers. Their issues are regional, their photography lovely, and they work with local artists to create absolutely gorgeous publications each time. I was honored to work on both the Portland issue (my current home), and the Coastal New England issue (my past home of many years).
